Looking for a fic in which Justin (I think) has a fixer-upper out in the country. I believe he and Brian are just starting out. Justin takes Brian and Gus out to see the house and tells him his visions for what the house/property will look like when he's done with renovations. Sorry, that's all I remember. Thanks for any help!

Found myself by accident reading a story that ended up being the one I was looking for and it was Brian, not Justin who owned the property.
