Power goes out at Babylon, B/J

I'm looking for a fic that I read a few years ago, and I don't really remember much about it. All I do remember is that there's an unexpected power outage at Babylon (or possibly another club), and it causes some kind of panic/stampede. I believe that Brian helps Justin get out safely. Anyone recognize this?
