RPS crossover dystopia thing

Wow, I haven't posted on here in ages!

I had a sudden memory of an RPS fic I read probably back in 2010 but I'm pretty sure it was written pre-Obama so it may not even exist on the internet anymore.

It took place sometime in the "future". The US had decided to ban homosexuality so all GLBT folk were forced to leave their homes etc and go to camps or prisons, but people were also running away to other countries. Gale and Randy and other gay actors (or at least popular RPS pairings, like Lex Luthor actor and Superman actor from Smallville, and maybe some actors from Star Trek or Oz or something like that) go to Canada. They pool their money and buy a big mansion that was a nunnery or something. They build a basement full of sex toys or sex rooms or something so all the couples can enjoy themselves privately?
More and more gay actors start fleeing the US and coming to the mansion and it turns into this co-op/commune/refuge place where everyone has certain jobs and stuff like that. And they're allowed to fuck whomever, but everyone has a defined "life-partner" as well. And I think Hal ends up coming to the house and they make him stop being an asshole (because in this fic I guess he was slightly hostile or homophobic or something). As far as I remember there were no female characters involved. It was a WIP and another search I made for it somewhere else I guess I noticed that it was written in 2004, or at least started. It was a fic with a non-LJ layout, so it might have been in someone's megauploads/downloadable word doc or PDF stash, in which case it might be too hard to identify or find.

Does that ring a bell to anyone? It's definitely an older fic, so I have no idea if anyone else has read it.
