Windy Hollow by Halcyon

I just ran across two chapters of a mute!fic by Halcyon on AO3. I've searched Google and all the tags I can think of here, but can't find any reference to more of it. Anyone familiar with it? The premise is great (Brian and Justin are both mute teens who meet in an institution called Windy Hollow) but the writing is so, so stark and haunting. I really hope there is more and someone can direct me to it! Please?

First off, I know that this was posted already, but I've been going through the tags for hours now, and I seriously can't find this fic.

So yeah, the story is about them being neighbors but completely oblivious to the fact that they;re spying on each other.

So is Changes the last in that series? Because I just re-read them and that seems to be the end but although they plan going to the Hampton's in it, I could have sworn I read them actually at the Hampton's? Was that just my imagination?
