Justin eye surgery and no more brian to the rescue

1. I'm looking for a fic where justin has an eye surgery. It happened after the rage party. Justin didn't go with ethan, instead he decided to live on his own. I remember the family planning a vacation but then justin said he couldn't go because he is going to have eye surgery. Debbie then decides to cancel the trip.

2. Any stories where brian tells the rest of the gang to be an adult and fix their own problems. Bonus if there is any scene where justin lays into them as well. I would like stories where brian says no to debbie.
