Looking for specific shy!justin fic

Hi y'all, I'm looking for a specific fic that I know I read years ago, considering I remember reading it on BJFic.net but I'm fairly certain it was hosted in a ton of different places (hopefully!).

Anyway, here's what I remember:

• Justin got a job working for Brian, he works in the art department I think.
• I think for the job interview, Justin really fudged it up though I can't remember how. But Brian and Cynthia are really impressed by his work so they hire him (I think...)
• Justin is super nerdy and dowdy. On the first day of the job he spills coffee on Brian's suit I think (could be mixing this up x_x).
• At first Brian doesn't like him but then they get really close because of how often they end up working late together. Brian kinda of starts to fall for Justin.
• I distinctly remember Justin wears hideous glasses and buys ochre or purple or some ugly color t-shirts in bulk.
• Cynthia gives him a makeover before a date or something like that with Brian, and Brian doesn't recognize him at first I think. That, or he's really shocked and asks Justin why he thought he had to change, or something along those lines.

Surrogate in Labor while Brian has Cancer

Does anyone remember a fic that began with Justin and Brian's surrogate going into labor while Brian was at another hospital having surgery? Its fairly new and I read the first chapter somewhere but then I lost track of it and I don't know if there were ever any other chapters posted.
