Brian and Justin adopts Gus

I'm pretty sure I have this story saved already, but I can't remember the title or author.

The whole family begins to ignore Gus in favor of JR (I believe they use that name in this story). They don't even realize that Gus leaves his own birthday party. Brian and Justin find him and are disgusted with the family's lack of care towards Gus and fight for custody.

That's all I remember.

Justin's child dies and is depressed

I read a story awile ago where Brian and Justin were together and their little girl died.Justin is extrememly depressed and the two men barely talk to each other and Justin doesn't leave the house.Gus is older and moves in to help Justin out of the depression.Its a WIP i think.
Does anyone know who wrote it?

I discovered a really fantastic b/j fic called "Enough to Go By" by phobosgirl. There are only 8 chapters, here: http://qafvault.com/enoughtogoby1.htm

The phobosgirl LJ link goes to "msjudi" with no reference to phobosgirl or her fanfic. The last LJ entry is dated 2008. Are msjudi and phobosgirl one and the same?

Does anyone know if this fic was ever finished? It's a future-fic with really excellent writing. I'm devastated that apparently it will never be complete.
