Justin Stalked/Abused by Ethan

I'm looking for a story where Ethan(I think) was stalking or Abusing Justin. Brian steps in to help and Ethan is arrested then released on bail. He then proceeds to continue his stalking. He also kills or hurts his mother or grandmother that he is suppose to be staying with.

I can't remember where I read it from or even if it was even finished. Can anyone remember something that sounds familiar? Thank you for your help.
