Joan dies; Brian writes death notice for newspaper

I remember a scene, but I don't remember which fic it's in:

Joan dies. Claire, doing her weeping and wailing routine, shows up at the loft and demands Brian's help writing the death notice for the newspaper. Brian works it out that Claire really wants to say what a bitch Joan was but doesn't dare. Claire hopes that if Brian writes it, the message will be sent, but she can play the "good daughter" and blame Brian for being too harsh. Brian lets her know that he's on to her, but then helps her write it anyway. (The point is made by leaving out "beloved" and "dearly missed", etc.)

Deb goes to hit Justin in the head

Hi. I'm looking for any stories where Deb goes to hit Justin in the head, forgetting about his previous head injury from the bashing. I remember reading a story where Justin says something about Michael while at the loft with Brian and Deb and Deb goes to hit him but Brian stops her before she can. Any stories really that are anti-Deb and yes, I've checked the tags already. Thank you.
