Justin allergic to penicillin

I've read a couple a fics like this, but I'm interested in fics that takes place in season 5 when Brian tells Justin he has syphilis. I want stories that deal with that fact that it wouldn't be as easy to deal with if Brian gave Justin syphilis because of his allergy. It doesn't matter to me if Justin actually got syphilis or if it's just a what-if scenario. I would like bj to be together in the end, but it's not necessary.
