Brian in a train accident

Does anyone know the fic where Brian is meeting with an eccentric client who lives on a train, that goes constantly around a mountain, and during the meeting there's an accident? Brian is saved,but is very badly injured. Thanks for any help you can give.

I found this particular fic on Midnight Whispers and i can't remember what the fic is called but have a brief description on one of the chapters:

Brian and Justin are having a bdsm scene with a couple of either Brian/Justin's friends (aren't in the gang). Brian is on the bed with one guy and telling the other guy that has Justin sitting on a chair to bj him and rim him while Brian and the other guy have sex.

I know it's only short but PLEASE help.....
