Justin is scared of thunderstorms

This may be me getting a plotbunnies because it's storming outside but... I believe I already read a fic where Justin is afraid of thunderstorms after the bashing...

Does anyone know this fic? Or any fic with that scenario? I've already searched the tags, but...

Justin has a breakdown while in NY and publicist keeps it a secret

A couple of weeks ago there was this episode of CSI that reminded me of an old WIP fic I read long ago.

The CSI episode was about a young college student (art student) who had Dissociative Identify Disorder, and her alter witnessed the murder of her roomate. In the end, it turns out that her professor/advisor killed the roomate because she was trying to convince her friend to seek treatment and to take her medication, and the professor felt that as an artist, she shouldn't be taking her medication because all great artists suffered from some sort of mental illness.

So in any case, this episode reminded me of an old WIP of Justin going to NY and having a mental breakdown there and no one knowing where he was or what happened, and that his publicist had him committed without telling Brian because she didn't want him to bring Justin back to Pittsburgh.  It was an awesome start that never ended, and I have no idea who wrote it.

So I have two questions.

1. Does anyone know about this story in question, and was it ever completed?

2. Are there any other stories out there similar to the above WIP or the CSI episode? (i.e. Justin going to NY to fufill his dream as an artist and then his publicist/agent discovers that Justin has D.I.D. and keeps it a secret from everyone until Brian or someone else discovers it?)

okay, I lied, I have3 questions...

3. If there isn't a fic that's similar to the CSI episode, is anyone willing and interested to write one?!
