AU Justin does not get along with Jennifer

Hey guys. This one's been bugging me, and I know when someone tells me, I'm gonna feel like an idiot. It's an AU where Brian and Justin meet differently, and Jennifer is Brian's realtor. Justin runs in to her at Kinnetik, and there's drama. Justin freaks out and Brian tries to convince him to to talk to her. I remember Jennifer coming to dinner at Justin's apartment that still has boxes everywhere and Brian leaving when she gets there, and listening at the door for histrionics before walking down the stairs... Help?
