Jack left Gus money in his will

I'm looking for a story where in Jacks will it said he left most of his money to his grandson Gus. But no one knew about him, until Claire sees Brian and Gus together and tells Joan who tries to find out about him. Jack apparently made it so his lawyer wouldn't contact Brian or Gus until Gus was a certain age or if Brian contacted him first. Thanks!

Ben and Emmett Become Roommates

I'm looking for a story that has Ben and Emmett becoming roommates along with Hunter. They end up living a floor below Brian and Justin. Emmett and Vic get the apartment next door that has this awesome kitchen for their business where Vic decides to live.

Brian is President/Politcal Leader

Hey guys I'm just trying to remember the name of a fic. Brian decides to run as a political person (technical ya) and goes up the ranks pretty quickly and blah blah blah. But when there is a bill for the legalization of gay marriage Brian runs against it and Justin and the gang are mad at him but he says to Justin "do you trust me?" or something like that. He ends up being tricky and helping out getting the bill passed and he makes this speech, something like "I fuck whoever whenever but no one can take this away from Mikey".

anyone know it?
