gapfillers for 1.12/1.13

Depending on how you count the episodes in the first season (imdb lists them differently to the boxed set, I think), I am looking for a gapfiller fics for either 1.12 or 1.13.

At any rate, it's the one where Brian is sued for sexual harrassment.  In the episode, Mikey comes over to the loft with a ton of junk food to cheer Brian up, and then they go to Woody's to get really drunk and re-live their band's "glory days."  Later, we find out from Dr. David that Michael didn't get home until 3 am.  And yet the next morning, Justin is at the loft bright and early to fix Brian a hangover cure.  Are there any fics about how/when/why he got there?

Also in this episode, Brian sends Justin to get his checkbook so he can write a check for Lindsay, and Justin doesn't have to ask where it is.  Money being a fairly private thing, this act always struck me as intimate.  Are there any fics that deal with/explain this?
