Looking for a story where Brian and Justin are the same age

I haven't read this story in forever and I can't even remember where I might have read it so please help! I remember that Brian (or maybe Justin) moves in next door and they start to have a relationship. In this story though Joan and Jack know Brian is gay and are very supportive and Justin's parents are not and I even think Craig is abusive. Ring any bells??

I know it was requested here but I can't find it in the tags: the fic where Justin is older than Brian and he is a cartoonist( or works in animation) they meet at a convention , Brian later interns for the company owned by Justin's friend, hope someone knows the fic ^^
