Looking for: Brian / Vance run Vanguard - Vance brings in 3rd partner who is just like Brian

This fic is about another women who comes into Vanguard and basically is able to make specific demands and the next thing you know Brian and her have control of the agency. She brings a bunch of clients with her including a BBQ and Chocolate company. Last part I remember is that the story changes POV from her and Brian. I don't recall Justin being in the story, but he may have showed up later. I've never read the story but I've been looking through the memories and a lot of people have requested this in the past but all of the links are broken. I’m searching for a B/J fic. Brian and Justin a trip, maybe New York, anyway Brian has an accident, in the Hospital Brian’s Ex shows up because he has still Brian’s POA or something.  That’s the only thing that I remember.

I just read a fic called "This is the last time" and the second part is called "In between days" but I can't find it anywhere,does anyone know where it is or does anyone have it saved or anything.
Ps,its a fic about Justin cheating with Brian when hes wiyh Ethan,the fisrst part is easy to get to but it says the second part is not in its archive on a site called "A time near fic"
