QaF character(s) with magical powers

bjfangirl187 is currently writing a QaF/ Wizards of Waverly Place crossover, Everything is Not What It Seems that aims to be as cute and fluffy as the Disney Channel source material. gaedhal wrote an amazing angsty story called Bell, Book, and Candle, using characters from the movie of the same name. The only thing these two fics have in common (beside Brian/Justin) is that Justin has magical powers. (He's called a wizard in one and a warlock in the other.)

Are there any other QaF fics out there where one or more of the characters is magical? Crossovers are good if at least one of the QaF characters has powers. Crossovers are a no-no if only the characters from the "other canon" have powers.

Okay, I apologize way in advance for the vagueness here, but I do remember reading one fic in which Brian and Justin are walking down the street when Justin is suddenly distracted and turns elsewhere (or something). Brian realizes Justin isn't beside him anymore and starts to panic, then when he sees Justin, he angrily scolds him. Sound familiar, anyone? LOL. Thank you.

AU: Not-a-hustler!Justin

Hey all!

Can anyone recall a fic wherein Brian mistakes Justin for a hustler? It was an AU. Brian first meets Justin outside the GLC during the fundraiser where he sold some of his work. I think Brian may have had a brief internal struggle debating whether or not to hire a hustler, but he took another look at Justin and figured, what the hell. 

When Brian asks him for his rates, Justin thinks he's referring to his paintings, so he gives him a small figure? I can't really recall.

I've tried everywhere I could think of, but I can't seem to find this particular fic, I hope somebody might be able to recognize it. Thanks very much!
