Brian cackling as a child?

All I remember from this fic is that a particular part (maybe the whole thing?) is POV. Someone imagines that Brian was probably the kind of kid who cackled while he ripped the wings off a butterfly or something. Ring a bell, anyone? I recall laughing my butt off when I read it and now I want to kick myself for not bookmarking it. Anywho, I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance. :-)
