anderson cooper?

One part of the fic I'm looking for that stands out most clearly is that Anderson Cooper was a side character in it. Brian had some sort of new high-tech gadget, which I initially thought to be a car but now I think is a phone, and he relied on a specific person for help with it when it was malfunctioning.

I remember he called that person for help and they were in a relationship with anderson cooper...? This is probably a strange request, thanks to anyone who can help!

Hi, i am looking for 2 fics.
The first one is Brian is in a wheel chair, and Justin lives in the same building as him

The second is Brian is blind and lives with Joan, and had a seeing eye dog named Topper, I think.
