Babysitting fics?

Does anybody know any good babysitting fics?
 

I was looking for fics where Brian babysits Justin? or something along those lines?

I don't mind if Brian is young as well but he *must* be older than Justin : )

I heard of  "Bane of my Existence" by crackerjaxx, but it was in the old MW sites and I cant make sense of the story from the old MW archives, so sadly I wasn't able to read it.

Are there any stories about the bet Brian had with Brandon in season 5 where Justin is put on the list. For example, b/c Brandon wants to piss off Brian. Or that Justin thinks it can give Brian an advantage. Or any other reason?

Is there a story out there where brian has OCD or Agoraphobia?

I know there's one with Justin but is there a story like that where brian doesn't leave his house.   not Irish eyes becase i have that one.

I'm lookig for a longish fic that I think was posted frequently until very recently.  The part I remember is Brian hiring a PI to investigate Emmett's current boyfriend.  Then Emmett gets beaten up badly by the ex boyfrend of the guy he's seeing.  Also, the Emmett story line isn't the main story, it's just what I can remember.

young Brian "meets" Justin before he was born

I'm looking for a story in which Brian, a boy himself, meets Jennifer Taylor, heavily pregnant and about to give birth. Brian waits with her for an ambulance and they discuss names and Brian encourages her to pick the name Justin. Then by accident Brian meets Justin later, when he is 3 or something and picks a car from the shelf of a store for Justin (a corvette?). They meet on and off, maybe Brian babysits, I'm not sure about that and it ends with Jennifer telling Brian more or less to stop coming by as Brian is an adult by now and Justin a small kid and she senses that Justin is too fond of Brian.

With a Twist missing chapters

I was reading With a Twist by Lelarose on bjfic.net and chapters 5 and 6 are missing. It was getting really good. Ugh! I've searched all over for another copy of it and nothing. Does anybody know where to find it or have a copy?
