Justin as a Father

I know another search so soon after the last one!

This time I am looking for a story wherein Justin is a young father, I believe he has just moved to Pittsburgh although I could be incorrect on that account. He forms a relationship with one Brian Kinney; however, the part of the story that sticks out most vividly in my mind is a scene where Brian is at the Diner meeting the mother of Justin's child. In this meeting he buys the mother's parental rights to Justin's child in order to keep the woman from having any power to take the child away from Justin.

I hope that description provided enough detail for anyone who might be willing to help me in my search.
