Post Season 3 death fic

 It's been so long since I read this that some of the details are fading, but basically the storyline is as follows:After enjoying the celebration for Stockwell's defeat at the end of Season 3, Brian and Justin begin the walk back to the loft (Mikey, of course, has the Corvette).  The farther away from the crowd they get, the more uneasy they become, certain that someone is following them.  Brian seems nervous enough to decide they need to return to the safety of numbers.  This is the part I'm uncertain about: I don't remember the story confirming it, but you're left with the impression that they are killed, possibly by someone connected to Stockwell.Trying to find this story is driving me crazy!  I've been looking for it literally for years.  I had it saved on my old system, but a rather spectacular crash wiped out everything.  I know it was written before 2004.  Any help would be most gratefully appreciated.

I'm looking for two fics
1 Justin gets Cancer instead of Brian and he is staying with Daphne but Brian wants him at the loft so Justin moves in with him But then Brian brings a trick home and fucks him in front of Justin and Justin leaves and he passes out at the diner

2Justin is at PIFA when two gunmen take over the school and Justin calls Brian and Brian hears shots go off and Justin loses his phone and Brain runs to PIFA  and Jennifer,Debbie and Brain listen as Justin is threatened and hear a shot and think Justin is dead but at the end he is fine
