AU fic in Germany?

Hi!

I'm looking for this great AU fic I read awhile ago and can't remember who the author was. Brian was an american lawyer living in Germany and Justin was a hustler who was found unconscious and I think without a kidney (?) and Brian was nominated his lawyer. I remember Brian had some tatoos in his arms, I think. It was a really original and well thought of story. 
Does anyone know who the author is? Thank you for the help, in advance =)

Just to be clear: I am not telling you *can't* post on Friday (i.e. I won't delete anything, or change the settings to moderate what is being posted, etc), I am just asking you to *think* about not posting tomorrow. I don't think it'll be such a great hardship to without posting for one day (just think of all the fic you can finally catch up on ;)) and since fanfic is one of the things LJ seems to have issues with, participating in this strike seems like something members of this comm might have an immediate interest in.

Feel free to disagree, I just wanted to have said it.
