help!

In the story I'm looking for, Daphne died and no one in the gang knew about it. Justin's the one that found her and he would spend his days sitting by the pool at Daphne's house where she died. Brian finally goes to Daphne's house looking for Justin and finds out what happened from a neighbor.

I've been searching my brain but I can't remember the name of this story or the author, so hopefully someone can help me out.
