Art Work Destroyed?

So I was reading soundczech's Subject to Change and I got to the point where Justin's paintings are destroyed in an accident.

In reading it, I thought, I've seen this in other places.

I'm not wishing to raise a stink who wrote what first.

My question is what other fics are out there where Justin's art work is destroyed by one means or another?

Nanny Fics?

I stumbled upon a fic on BJfic.net called The Nanny where Justin ends up as Gus' nanny.
Unfortunately, it was an unfinished fic.

Are there any other fics where Justin is Gus' nanny?

What was nice about the fic was that it was totally in canon, well as much as an AU can be.

Looking for a fic where Mike helps Justin leave. Not sure if it is after the loft gets broke into, or after the Rage party, but he helps Justin get everything together to leave and drops him off at the bus station? Airport?
