Post-308 Fic

Okay, please help. I have read this fic about eight million times, but I can't remember what it's called or who wrote it, though I know I've read it on paddies' site. I've searched the getithere tags because I feel like this has been searched before, but I can't find it there either.

I'm pretty sure it's a 308 gapfiller, or at least takes place in late S3 after Brian and Justin have gotten back together. They're talking about the rules and whether they apply anymore. Brian says something along the lines of "You're the one that had such a hard time following them, so I guess that's up to you." And Justin replies with something like "I didn't feel like I had to follow the rules because you already knew I loved you."
