Justin and Brian have just gotten back together? Brian goes on vacation with Michael. Justin wanted to go to Cape Cod, with Brian, to visit his Grandmother. Emmett plays w/ Brian's camera and takes a photo of Justin by chance. Brian has Cynthia develop the photos (at VanGard). Brian has en epiphany.

I am looking for a fic where (I think) Brian does something along the lines of leaving. I think they have a huge butt penthouse together and after Brian leaves Justin abandons the room and lives in a guest room, not able to bear the pain of living in their room without Brian.

I believe the fic is quite long. Thank you in advance for the help,
