Another fic search

Hi y'all. I'm looking for a fic that has Jusin in NYC, Brian in NYC, and they're not together. Justin's broke, is selling his art on the streetcorner to try and make some money, ends up working for a reclusive artist that is housebound. Brian knows where he is and is having him watched by a P.I. (or someone like that) and wants to get back together with Justin, but doesn't want him to think the whole thing was stage-managed.

Anyone have a clue which fic this is?

Ok I am looking for a fic where Brian and Justin are at some mental hospital, or something. Anyways the only part I really remember is either Brian or Justin's roommate is a sex addict and tries to fuck one of them. I know this isn't much to go by but if someone could help me I would be MOST appreciative!!!!!!
