Married in Vermont

Does this ring a bell with anyone.....Justin and Brian go on a trip to Vermont where Brian arranges for them to get married but insists that it is never mentioned again. Some time later Justin becomes a father of twins (maybe by Daphne?). Brian tells Justin he doesn't want to have anything to do with the children and Justin ends up leaving and going to live in Vermont (although Brian thinks he is in Italy). Does that sound familiar? I've been searching but can't track it down. Any help would be much appreciated.
