in search of a full version of a partial vid

i am trying to clean up my external harddrive, which means i've been going through like... hundreds of vids that i've downloaded over the past couple of years. i came across one today that i'd never seen before, and it looks like it was a really good vid - however, i only have about the first 40 seconds of it. i'd love to see the rest, so i'm hoping someone will be able to help me!

the vid seems to be about brian, for the most part, and his relationships with other people (particularly justin) - the song is, i think, called "20,000 seconds" (female singer). i can try to describe it more specifically if anyone thinks they might recognize what i'm talking about.
