Active fanfic writer groups or communities?

Are there any active discussion groups for QAF Fanfic writers?
All the links to discussion groups seem to be dead.

If you go to Kinnetik Dreams and scroll down to the "social media & other links" section, they have a Facebook page, a Twitter, Pinterest, and a link to some sort of writing tips site. Probably not quite what you're looking for, but it's the closest I can find.

There are also ones for fanfiction.net and AO3 on there.
