Bryan Has alibi for sexual harrasment

hello I am looking for a fic that I read not to long ago.\
The sence that I remember is wher Kip tried to sue for sexual harrasment and it turned out that the weekend that he said it happend on Bryan was out of town I belive with Justin and I think it was New York.

We do ask for specific subject lines, so it would be great if you could edit the subject line of your post. Something like "Justin is Brian's alibi against Kip's lawsuit" maybe? (About 95% of the searches here are for Brian/Justin fics, so... lol.)

If the answer you've been given is the correct fic, you can add an update to your post saying so :)
