I'm pretty sure the second is the post season three story where B and J end up both working at the diner and then owning it. And they live in an old house with maybe Daphne and at one point Debbie. Debbie has health issues. Can't remember the name though. And I could be completely off-base. I often mix up fics. Hopefully the above might help someone else identify it.
