So I haven't read this fic in over a year or more, so I don't remember all that much. What I do remember however, is that Brian is either in the hospital I think and Justin is assigned to do community service there for some crime he done, or was framed for. But he meets Brian and spends his time helping Brian in and out of the hospital so he can spend time with him, save Brian's pride basically and fulfills his required punishment. Justin calls his mom and gets permission to either stay with Brian a couple nights or lies and says he's with a friend. Ring a bell?

Probably. I think he did busted for pot...possession charge was the official charge. It's kinda hazy on the actual crime and charge.
