Brian and Justin have sex in a hospital

Hi everyone,

The story I'm looking for this time has a scene I can't get out of my mind.

Someone has died in hospital or is maybe just very sick (I don't remember which, probably sick) and I think perhaps Brian and Justin haven't seen each other for a while. They have sex in the toilets which I remember is quick. I think Justin has a son/daughter in this and he is staying at Deb's.

I hope I'm not mixing up stories but I don't think I am. I don't remember who the child's mom is.

Any ideas?
