Also, check qaf_rewind (http://qaf-rewind.livejournal.com/tag/507), the first rewatching/discussion comm in fandom. It's not active anymore and you have to be a member to see the posts, but pm such_a_steph or one of the other maintainers. The great thing about this comm, as a resource, is that in addition to episode discussion, there are also episode-specific posts for music, fic, and miscellaneous. Not every fic in the list will center around the fuck-off, but I'm sure some will.
