The only true mpreg but not mpreg that is a well-written story that actually garners putting such a note (and not to hold readers hands through out the fic by keeping out the... 'what should in mpreg reality be natural') would be The Lightning Strike (http://wouldbedorothy.livejournal.com/64515.html).
But that's just my opinion, as it is for all PLOTS of stories, if you're going to take on anything that requires realistic hardcore emotions or situations, don't exploit and don't hide, cause if you do, you're just jerking your readers off.
P.S. I think I'm going to have to read TLS right freaking now. *hugs you* P.S.S. Perhaps fics like those are better left without the mpreg tag, lol. And one more P.S.S., happy 7,000 posts, thanks for all you do here!
