FOUND! Future Fic - Brian/Justin in Europe?

I recall reading this ages ago. I believe it was actually written before the series ended.

Brian and Justin are together and have been together 20+ years [I think]. They live in Europe [France or Italy - I think]. They live in a mansion and its on an estate. Gus comes to visit bringing his fiancée.

Unfortunately I can't recall the author nor where I read it. *sigh* It really was a long time ago [I feel so damned old!]
