Justin owns a bookstore with Daphne

In the fic I'm looking for Justin and Daphne open a bookstore. I believe it was called "the treehouse", but I'm not sure. Gus spends a lot of time there.
Can't remember anymore about the story. I hope it sounds familiar to someone. I would love to read it again.
