B/J Have A Loft In NY, B/J Have A Hotel In NY

I've been looking through the 'b/j live in nyc' tag and will continue to do so, but considering how little I remember of these two specific fics I worried I might accidently skip them over so I figured I'd post what I do recall.

1) B/J Have A Loft In NY - I honestly can't recall if this story was written post 513 or not, but I want to say not. I remember the boys moved to NY and got another loft which I think was bigger than the one in Pittsburgh. I'm not sure they got married in the usual sense, but I remember that they were committed to each other and had legal documents cementing their partnership. I remember that Justin was putting up some his own paintings around the loft and something happened, but I'm not sure what. Brian wasn't there, I don't think. I'm pretty sure the fic I'm talking about was either Anti-Michael, Anti-Lindsay, or both. Does anyone recognize this story?

2) B/J Have A Hotel In NY - I'm pretty sure this was written pre-513 but I could be wrong. I remember B and J bought a hotel or some other big building in NY and moved there after turning it into a home. I think part of the place might have been used for Brian's and/or Justin's businesses, though I can't be sure. I remember Cynthia and/or Daphne joined them there, and that one or both woman were acting as a surrogate so the boys could start a family. I believe at some point there were twins born. I remember that the boys were in a committed partnership with legal documents to prove it but I can't recall if they had any sort of traditional ceremony. I think maybe Ted and Emmett moved to NY too at some point, but I can't be sure of that. Anyone know this?

Well, that's all I've got. I'm sure you can see why I'm having some difficulty finding them in the tags - my memories of them are just way too vague. I can't even be sure if they were completed, although it's likely that they were considering I don't often read WIPs. Anyway, if you recognize one or both fics and have links or links to places they can be downloaded, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you all!

The first one sounds sort of like the second part of vamphile's Keeping series, Keeping It Together. Then again, that was just a large apartment. The other one that comes to mind is quinn222's Changes, the epistolic series she did. Sorry, there's a crapload of B/J live in NY fics out there, I only remember about 5.

Could you update to say you're still looking?

Darn. I got so excited that you were looking for specific fics! I really wanted them to be found! There are a TON of fics that fit the first description, but I had hope for the second :(

Hmm, could you have some stories mixed up? I just read through Julesmonster's Betrayal series. Michael burned the loft down but Brian bought the whole building and redesigned and rebuilt it. Brain and Justin eventually have 2 children together.
