It depends on which of Cowlip's timelines you want to go by: Season 1 had Justin's bday in December But that's contradicted in season 2 when Justin tells Ben they share a birthday (Ben had already told Michael that he was a Pisces). Continuity, among other things, wasn't Cowlip's strong point.
