Justin out to ruin Brian

Ok, I recently began reading a story where Justin was hanging out at Babylon and acted similar to Brian - tricking and using guys, trying to catch Brian's eye. He hated Brian and wanted to ruin him. He had grown up an orphan with a group of friends who were working with him to this end. Brian definitely had the hots for Justin and Justin was using him, working towards betraying him in some way or other. There was some backstory that involved Brian and Justin as a youth. The last chapter I read, I think Justin saved some kid from falling from a balcony or something like that. Does this story ring any bells for anyone? And where can I find it? Thanks, to anyone who posts an answer.
