B/J get a limb amputation?

Is there any fic where either Justin or Brian get a limb amputation? I don't know if something like that was ever written. I'd prefer it if it was Justin who lost a limb, and it would be even better (in a sadistic way) if it was his right hand. Or maybe something where he totally loses the use of it.

I remember reading a fic where Hobbs (maybe) was stalking both of them and they hide out in a log cabin. Justin has a broken leg and they end up climbing out the window into the snow before the bad guy sets the place on fire.
At the end, when they are found, I am pretty sure Justin loses his leg.

Just read this and the ending left me confused as to Brian's injuries, and the he ends by saying the better not have put up railings.... Think I need to. Re read the ending tomorrow.

You can find it in Aly's GIH folder under D for dphysh in the "Incomplete" folder. "Killer Instinct" & "Killer Instinct II" are in the same file, but part II is incomplete, unfortunately...

She started a sequel called "Guidelines" but only finished 3 chapters before she took it off the web and left the fandom.


There is a season 5 bombing story in which Justin is caught under a walkway or beam and it lands on his hand. Rescue workers refuse to help him because they think he is a goner and they want to rescue people who they think have a chance of survival. Brian insists on saving him and I think Ben and a fireman??? help him rescue Justin. But his right hand and arm is crushed. I'm not positive but I think he loses the use of that hand. I'll see if I can find it and will come back with the title etc. I read it recently so hopefully I'll remember the author.

I have one it's called While You Were Sleeping. It's a play on the Sandra Bullock Movie. Justin is crushing on Micheal and then he goes in the coma. While he is in the coma he falls for Brian. Brian has lots of problems including PTSD but the biggest secret of all is that he has only one leg. Let me know if ur interested and i'll provide the link wanted to be sure before i just threw it at you.
