Ok... I finally remembered what fic it is. It has been on my mind all day and finally a lightbulb went off and there it was. LOL
The Angel Stream: Midnight Clear by Gaedhal
This is the link to all her stories. You will have to scroll down the page until you come to the Angel Stream Series, go to the Midnight Clear part of the series and click on the individual chapters for each segment. The part where Justin gets hurt and Brian flies back in a private jet starts with chapter 37.

The entire Angel Stream series is a great read. One of my favorite stories. I wish she would continue the series so we would know more about Justin's recovery. It has been so long I'm not sure there will be anymore of the story.
