Possible rape or hustler Justin fic, with Stockwell involved

Hi, I'm looking for a fic that I know I read sometime ago. I don't remember much of the plot, and maybe I could be imagining what I remember, but here it is. I think Justin got raped, and maybe it was in 2x14, ot maybe he hustled, I don't know, but I think Stockwell, or his co-worker, was somehow involved and I think Brian discovered this during his campaign so he uses this information to make him loose the elections. I don't remember much else. Anyone can help me? Already searched through the tags.

In it Justin is running from Stockwell and Rickert because of some evidence he might have against them that a hustler friend had, and, unbeknownst to Justin, the hustler friend has hidden with Justin.

If it's not this, I have no idea. :-)
