Yes, Justin is blind in "Growing Up Kinney". "If you needed me" series is where he has a brain tumor and is in the hospital a lot. In "Growing Up Kinney" you find out that Justin is very successful as is Brian and they are each well known in their fields and what I would consider a power couple. I'm not sure if that term is actually used in it though.
