Foot rub & HS AU

Heiya folks, need some help here
1. Help me find this fic. I couldn't remember the title or author, but one scene that I remembered was Brian gave Justin foot rub because he frooze himself up by walked from loft to diner in winter. Maybe they wanted to go to Babylon and the gang was there too
2. While ago I read yoursweater's Basement and I totally hooked up. Is there any recommendation for other good high school/collage AU with IC (no OOC or M-preg please)
3. Is Queer as Murder finished or still WIP or abandoned WIP

Queer as Murder is complete for that part of the series. Shannon Marie continued the story in a part 2 sequel called "Still Queer as Murder" and completed 8 chapters before she stopped writing QAF fiction. Since this was back in 2004 I'd consider it abandoned. And unfortunately *giant sigh* we will never know who the murder is.
