Justin meets Brian's twin sister in Ireland?

Trying to find a fic ... Justin and Brian are broken up and Justin is in Ireland where he meets Brian's long lost sister? Think I may have read it on Moonshadow Tribe but there are a TON of authors there and I haven't run back across it yet.
