Midnight Whispers - Old Site - Mookie and Noelle Fics

What I think was Midnight Whispers' old site doesn't work anymore and Wayback Machine gives me this message "Page cannot be crawled or displayed due to robots.txt".
There were some fics that are not present in the current Midnight Whispers site.
I was particularly interested in these authors:
- Mookie
- Noelle (in particular "Vertigo").
Does anyone know where I can find a copy their fics, please?

OK, you asked for it. This is an excerpt/ beginning. I included the first few sentences. I also think this is a WIP, but I won't read enough to find out. It gets into the squick zone to me:


Vertigo or Diary of a Manhatten Call Boy

Summary: Brian doesn’t come to find Justin after he runs away to New York. Justin tries to cope on his own.

Warnings: First few chapters will be largely J/OMC with very little, if any, B/J. Also, drug use, non-con, sex, violence and other nasty stuff.

Chapter 1

Justin doesn’t remember too much about the first time.

What he can remember is nothing surprising; a heavy weight on his back, slick sweaty skin, the stink of vomit and alcohol, an awkward lump in the mattress that pressed into his stomach the whole time.

You don't have to take my opinion. I have low tolerance for abused Justin fics, especially if I think they are too extreme. There are said to be excellent fics which have that theme, but I still can't read them.

I have a hard time reading them myself. A very hard time. It's partly because I cry at a drop of a hat. Seriously, it's almost a debilitating condition - my eyes start to water at ANYTHING remotely sad. Actually, even super happy, overly romantic bits get me going also, but at least those are happy tears. LOL. Yeah, my view is that Justin had a LOT of shit dumped on him in canon, so torturing him even more seems overkill. Therefore, I tend to stay away from fics such as the one you described. I will confess to reading many of them (and loving them) just to get a good cry after a bad day at work/fight with hubby/disagreement with mom/what-have-you. In this case, I think I'll stay away.

Hmm, I needed to clarify. I have favorite stories that include sexual violence. My problem is that I am screamish if it gets too graphic or if it is a recurrent issue or involves kitchen utensils, LOL.

If the story is mostly about that type of violence, I stop if I ever started reading it. I prefer if the story is built on other things and that is only a factor and even then I may skip over that part if it's too graphic.

The strange thing is that Vamphiles's hustler fic was not as graphic to me, but I could not read it. It took 3 tries.

Turning Point is one of the best rape fics out there but It gave me nightmares.

Spin and Fall has a graphic scene but it did not bother me. It could have been because Justin did not appear as a victim in the story.

What I'm saying is that you must judge for yourself.
